Many times the winners depend upon our lack of knowledge of the legal system while employing intimidation and financial wherewithal to win their cases
Everyday people don't give their time to understanding their own rights as U.S. citizens, let alone the law in general. The majority of everyday people in the United States are also living paycheck to paycheck.
These two factors together make it nearly impossible for middle Americans to know their rights and to either defend or pursue when a legal matter strikes.
